91273: Mary Morrison

Mary (1839-1922) was the daughter of Angus Morrison, of 11 Vatisker.

Mary married John Graham, of 9 North Tolsta; it is not known where they spent the first few years of their married life, or where their first six children were born. Their first child, Angus, died in infancy.

In 1875 the family obtained 39 North Tolsta, and the couple’s last three children were born there. In total the couple had nine children: three boys and six girls.

Mary was widowed in 1902.

In due course their son, Angus, became a cottar at 39 North Tolsta, but it was their son, Donald, who eventually inherited 39 North Tolsta.
