Mary (1898-1927) was the daughter of John Macdonald and Ann Martin of 12 North Tolsta.

Mary married John Macdonald of 32 North Tolsta. The address at which the couple spent their early marriage and had their son, in 1927, is not known.

At some point 32b School Road passed to John, from his brother Murdo, it is not known if this was at the time of Murdo’s death in 1934 or if the house was sold by Murdo to John earlier. As Mary died in 1927 she may have been dead prior to her family settling at 32b School Road.
