91518: Christina Macleod

Christina (1822-1903) was the daughter of Torquil Macleod and Ann Maciver of Old South Tolsta Tack.

In 1830 the family obtained 24 Old South Tolsta.

Sometime between 1843 and 1847 she married, widower, Alexander Macdonald (Alexander Macphail) of 28 Lower Bayble. The couple spent their early marriage, and had their first two children, at 28 Lower Bayble. Their first child was born in 1847 and second in 1850.

The family moved to 22 North Tolsta, during the 1851 croft relottings, and had another child in 1857.

They moved to 28 Lower Bayble, in 1858, and had another child in the same year, but it is not known where the child was born. In total the couple had four children: three girls and a boy.
