91652: Angus Mackay

Angus (born 1890) was the son of Angus Mackay and Gormelia Maciver of 16 North Tolsta.

Angus married Christina Mary Mackenzie of 48 North Tolsta; the couple settled at Sunnybrae, North Tolsta, a house Angus partly built. They had their first two children there.

In 1923, the family moved to the cottars house at 16 North Tolsta: this house had been recently vacated by John Macdonald and his family. Sunnybrae passed to John Campbell.

The couple had a further four children at 16 North Tolsta. In total the couple had six children: three girls and three boys.

In due course the cottars house at 16 North Tolsta passed to their son-in-law William Murray.
