91921: Donald Murray

Donald (born 1907) was the son of Donald Murray and Isabella Macleod; the family were cottars at 71 North Tolsta. 

In 1922 his family moved to, the newly lotted croft, 13 New Tolsta.

Sometime later Donald obtained 2 Hill Street, North Tolsta; the previous occupant, John Macinnes, had left for Gress in 1922.

Donald married Mary Murray of 21 North Tolsta and the couple settled at 2 Hill Street, North Tolsta where they had three children: two boys and a girl.

In due course 2 Hill street passed to his eldest son.
