92511: Mary Maciver
Mary (1911-1986) was the daughter of Angus Maciver and Isabella Maciver, of Burnside Cottage, North Tolsta.
Mary married Murdo Macdonald, of 32b North Tolsta. His brother Alexander built a new house for him near the school. The new house was known as 32b School Road, North Tolsta.
The couple had three sons but Mary was widowed in 1934. Mary went on to marry Kenneth Maciver, of 43a North Tolsta, and settled with him in Stornoway and had 2 daughters. At some point 32b School Road passed to her brother-in-law John.
