92599: Margaret Macleod

Margaret (1875-1914) was the daughter of Donald Macleod and Mary Macleod; the family were cottars at 34 North Tolsta.

Margaret married Evander Murray, of 45 North Tolsta, and the couple settled as cottars at 45a North Tolsta. They had one daughter, Catherine.

Margaret died when her daughter was 14 years old; her widower married again, but had no children with his second wife. In  due course 45a North Tolsta passed to their daughter’s husband.
