Donald (1872-1919) was the son of Hector Campbell and Catherine Macrae, of 44 North Tolsta.
Donald married Catherine Graham, of 39 North Tolsta, and the couple settled at 44 North Tolsta. 44 North Tolsta passed to Donald. The couple had no children.
Donald served in the Royal Navy during the war, more information can be found at the North Tolsta Historical Society First World War website. He is listed as having served on the HMS Victory.
Donald died, on 1st January 1919, in the Iolaire disaster.
44 North Tolsta passed to his younger brother, Angus.
