John (1873-1945) was the son of George Morrison and Mary Murray, of 46 North Tolsta.
John married Catherine Macdonald, of 51 North Tolsta, and the couple had eight children together, but their address is not known.
In 1922 the family obtained 4 New Tolsta and the couple had a further two children there.
John is known to have gone by the nickname of Iag.
