Katie Mary (1912-1994) was the daughter of Angus Macleod and Christina Macleod, of 59 North Tolsta.
Katie Mary married Murdo Mackenzie, of 28 School Road, and the couple settled at School Road Cottage, North Tolsta. They had five children: four boys and a girl.
Katie Mary was widowed in 1968.
In due course School Road Cottage passed to her third son.
