Domhnall Alasdair ‘ain Bhàin
Donald (1869-1900) was the son of Alexander Maclennan and Effie Campbell of 60 North Tolsta.
At Stornoway, in 1898, he married Ann Thomson of 52 Col Donald and Ann were cottars at 60 North Tolsta and they had one son.
The family obtained Pairc Dhannaidh, Hill Street, North Tolsta.
He joined the Seaforth Militia and served, and died, in Cairo, during the Boer War.
