John (1862-1899) was the son of Donald Murray and Isabella Maciver of 61 North Tolsta.
His mother died in 1880 and his father later married Effie Macleod. His half brother died in 1885.
John emigrated to Australia. He had at least one son, Donald. There is more information in Seanchas #56.
