93596: Margaret Burns

Margaret (born 1865) was the daughter of Duncan Burns from Skye and was a servant at “Taigh Liddle” on Gress Farm.

She married John Maclean, of 63 North Tolsta, and they settled at 63 North Tolsta. They had thirteen children. One of their daughters died in infancy and two of their sons died in childhood; three of their sons emigrated to Canada. In due course 63 North Tolsta passed to their son, John.
