93811: Margaret Ann Mackay

Margaret Ann was the daughter of Christina Mackay; the family lived with her grandparents at 66 North Tolsta.

Her mother married widower John Maciver, of The Shieling, and she gained two step siblings. It is not clear if Margaret was still living in the parental home at the time of the marriage or if she settled with them at The Shieling. Nevertheless the marriage eventually provided Margaret Ann with eleven half-siblings.

She moved to Inverness and married.

During the Second World War she served with the NAAFI.
