93952: Neil Murray
Neil (1861-1916) was a son of Murdo Murray and Ann Campbell; the family were cottars at 47 North Tolsta.
In 1874 the family obtained 71 North Tolsta as a newly lotted croft.
In 1882 Neil married Mary Ann Macdonald, of 12 Cross Street, Coulregrein, at Tradeston in Glasgow. The couple settled in Stornoway, and went on to have seven children.
