Catherine Macmillan (1795-1870) was a daughter of John Macmillan, Gravir. It is not certain she was born there.
She married Duncan Macmillan, 12 Old Eishken. They were both living in Old Lemreway at the time of their marriage. Catherine and Duncan settled at 5 Old Gravir and they had three children. The family moved to 4a Old Lemreway and when the village was cleared in 1843 they moved to 2 Glen Tolsta.
In due course 2 Glen Tolsta passed to their son Angus.
