94931: Mary Macleod

Mary was the daughter of Kenneth Macleod and Annie Murray. The address at the time of Mary’s birth is not known. The family were cottars at both 45 and 74 North Tolsta but the dates the family occupied these addresses is not known.

In 1922 Mary’s parents obtained 2 New Tolsta and settled there, it seems likely than Mary was still living with them at this point but it is not certain. In due course 2 New Tolsta passed to Mary. Mary never married.

In old age, she and her older sister, also Mary, moved to 13 Vatisker Park, Back as its first tenants (1977)

In due course 2 New Tolsta passed to her niece.
