Peggy (born 1906) was the daughter of Alexander Maciver and Jessie Graham. It is not known at what address Peggy was born but she would have moved with her parents to 14 New Tolsta when it was lotted in 1922.

Peggy married Donald Smith of 11 New Tolsta which the couple settled at and had two children; both boys.
