9638: Isabella Macleod

Isabella (1810-1886) was a daughter of Donald Macleod and Christina Mackay, Harris.
In Lochs, in 1831, she married Norman Munro, Lemreway. Isabella and Norman settled at 6 Old Lemreway where they had two of their seven daughters.
The family moved to Valtos Farm about 1837 and to Swordale, Keose Glebe in 1844 where Norman was a shepherd. They lived down on the shore in Glenn Tharmoid which is named after him.
Around 1859 the family moved to Caverstay Common before Norman retired and the family moved to 15 Grimshader c1871.
