25 Cromor

25 Cromore was a newly created croft in the 1860s and the first tenant  was Murdo Macdonald (born 1834) Murchadh Dhòmhnaill, 3 Ranish. The family spent a very short time here and moved to 5 Torostay.

Murdo and his brother-in-law  Donald Morrison (1929-194) Dòmhnall Aonghais Mhor from Marvig, the next tenant, came to 25 Cromore from 19 Cromore.

Donald passed the croft to his son, Alexander Morrison (1865-1943) Alasdair Dhòmhnaill Aonghais, known as Ali. 

Donald's son, John Morrison (1874-1958) Iain Dhòmhnaill Aonghais also lived on the croft.
