Mary  (born 1826) was a daughter of Angus Morrison and Catherine Morrison from Marvig.

At Leurbost, in 1857, she married  Murdo Macdonald, 3 Ranish. Mary and Murdo lived at 19 Cromore with her brother Donald and for a short time at 25 Cromore before settling at 5 Torostay. The couple had four children.

Mary was widowed in 1882 and in 1891 her grandson, Murdo and granddaughter, Catherine are living with the family.

Roderick Macleod, 6 Caverstay was lodging with the family  at that time.
