Jane Begg Macdonald (1900-1958) was from Kilmarnock.

At Hillhead, Glasgow, in 1930, she married Donald Maciver, Tayvallich, Knock Carloway and formerly of 10 Knock Carloway. 

Jane and Donald initially lived in Glasgow and then moved to Stornoway. The couple lived at Bank House, North Beach Street and they had five children.
