106456: Johanna Mackay

Johanna (1881-1953) was a daughter of Margaret Mackay from 9 Achmore.

Around 1903 she met Donald Stewart a soldier from the north east of Scotland. Johanna and Donald had seven children. In 1911 they were living at Jack's Brae, Aberdeen and Johanna's occupation was Pedlar.

Johanna and Donald married in 1914 before Donald went off to serve in the First World War. She was widowed in 1916 and was a Fish Worker. Johanna went on to have another two children. She died in Aberdeen aged 71.
