Helen (1886-1988) was a daughter of John Macdonald and Catherine Macdonald, Kilmacolm, Renfrewshire. The family moved to Balephuil, Isle of Tiree. She worked in the Grocery Shop her parents ran from their house.
Helen emigrated to Canada and settled in Brandon, Manitoba. She became a nurse and did not marry.
