42317: John Morrison
John Morrison (1814-1897) was from Vuia Mhor.
In 1838, he married Isabella Morrison from Pabbay. In 1841 he was living on Vuia Mhor with his wife, Isabella and son, Alexander.
When the island was cleared in the early 1840s the family emigrated to Nova Scotia (1841 – 1845) and settled at Victoria County.
