9334: Flora Campbell
Flòraidh Iain Alasdair
Flora (1813-1855) was a daughter of John Campbell and Elizabeth Moore, Stornoway. She was Christened on 22 August 1813.
Two years later the family moved to Lochs and settled at 2 Old Gravir at Tumanuadan.
In Lochs, in 1836, she married Hector Macleod, 4 Kershader. Flora and Hector settled at 11 Kershader and they had eight children. In 1841 her sister, Jane is living with the family. Some time between 1851 and 1855 the family moved to 11 Habost
Flora died aged 42 and had been ill with Dyspepsia for a year before she died. No medical attention. Flora is buried at St Colm's Isle.
