Iain Ruairidh
John (1815-1893) was a son of Roderick Macleod and Catherine Matheson, Lower Barvas.
In 1839, at Barvas, he married Ann Matheson, 3 Old Lower Barvas. John and Ann lived at 3 Old Lower Barvas and they had six children.
In 1863 the family emigrated to Canada and settled at Huron Township, Bruce County, Ontario.
