102792: Roderick Mackenzie

Roderick Mackenzie (born 1858) was a son of Murdo Mackenzie and Gormelia Mackenzie, 32 Leurbost. His mother died in 1860 and his father married Christina Macdonald, 9 Habost.

Roderick shared a birthday with his brother, Alexander, who was born two years later.

In Lochs, in 1894, he married Margaret Macleod, 17 Garenin.  Roderick and Margaret  settled at 32 Leurbost and they had four children, only three of whom survived.
