105562: Effie MacAskill
Effie was born in 1881, the eldest daughter of fisherman John MacAskill and Mary Ann MacDonald of Rubha Mor. She married trooper John M Anderson at Kinloch Rannoch in 1914. They made their home at Pitlochry, later moving to Griminish, Ballinluig, where John was a sub postmaster. Effie died at her mother’s home in Backhill in 1941.
