Angus (1837-1888) was the younger son of the same name of Angus Mackinnon and Catherine Morrison, 15 Mealista. In 1837, when Mealista was cleared and around the time of his birth, he moved with his family to 18 Old Brenish, in 1849 to 28 Brenish and in the 1850s to 18 Brenish.
Angus married Margaret Morrison, 29 Brenish and they settled at 18 Brenish. They had eight children.
