Neil Macleod (1900-1981), 1 Keose. Neil was a carpenter by trade and spent some years in Pretoria, South Africa before the Second World War. He was a ship’s carpenter aboard the City of Christchurch. He was a woodcraft teacher in Lews Castle College until he retired in 1971.
