Malcolm Macleod

Malcolm Macleod (1776-1867) was a son of Murdo Macleod and Christina Maclennan, Uig. 

He was tacksman in Kershader and became the first tenant of No 2 Kershader when crofting tenure was introduced.

Malcolm married Christina Macleod,4 Kershader. The couple settled at 2 Kershader and they had eight children.

Malcolm was widowed in 1861.

It is believed that Malcolm married again but there is no trace of a marriage.
