65448: Finlay Macdonald

Finlay, born c1811, was a son of Angus and Catherine nee Maclean, Kneep. He was the first tenant of 19 Uigen but we are unsure when, or if, he actually lived there.

He was married in 1833 to Marion nee Macdonald also from Kneep. In 1841 they are enumerated with Marion’s parents in Valtos and a child Murdo b c1836 is living with them. By 1851 they are in Kneep, the mother-in-law is with them but Murdo is absent, and before 1861 they relocated to Upper Bayble.
