Effie MacDonald
Effie was born in 1871, the daughter of Angus and Effie MacDonald of 1 Boreray. Her marriage, in 1899, to Peter Munro of croft 19 Ruisgarry took place at Gourock. Peter and Effie were to have seven children together. In 1900 he was allotted one of the new crofts in Borve – croft 18, where the family made their home.
