76706: Murdo MacLeod
Murdo MacLeod, born 1806, held a tenancy in Borve in 1830, paying annual rent of £4.12.6. He lived there with his wife Catherine MacKinnon, with whom he had at least five children. A carpenter, he was known as Murchadh Saor. During the 1840s the family was moved to 6 Deiraclete. They emigrated, possibly to Ontario, during the 1860s.
