76749: Ann MacLeod
Ann was born in 1826, the daughter of Donald MacLeod and Catherine MacLeod of old Borve. She remained unmarried, moving with her parents to Quay on their removal from Borve, and later with her widowed mother to Baile. Following her mother’s death she lived as a pauper, staying with her nephews – in 1881 with James MacLeod, and in 1891 with Alexander MacKillop.
