77592: Mary Shaw

Mary was born in 1893, the daughter of Kenneth Shaw and Mary MacLeod, who was also known as Mary MacLennan. She was born at her grandmother’s home at Quay, becoming a pupil at Berneray School in 1898. Her father, a sailor, based himself both in Glasgow and at Quay. Following her grandmother’s death, the family moved to Glasgow.
