Eliza (born 1817) was the daughter of Evander Maciver and Christina Maclean. The address at the time of her birth is not certain; her paternal grandfather was listed as a subtenant of Old South Tolsta Tack in 1820, while her maternal grandparents were from Gress.

Eliza died in infancy well before the family obtained 3 Old North Tolsta, in 1830.
