94864: Mary Matheson
Mary (1857-1932) was the daughter of Donald Matheson of 13 Aird Tong.
She married Donald Macmillan, of 4 Glen Tolsta, and the couple settled at 4 Glen Tolsta and had their first two children.
In 1884 the family obtained 3 Glen Tolsta and merged the crofts into 3/4 Glen Tolsta. The couple had their daughter, Bess, that year. The couple went on to have a further five children there; in total they had eight children: five boys and three girls.
Mary was widowed in 1930.
In due course 3/4 Glen Tolsta passed to their son, Angus.
