The first tenant of 14 Aird, Point was Thomas Mackenzie (1818-1883) 5 Aird. He passed the croft to his son, Norman Mackenzie (1863) and he passed it to his daughter, Peggy Mackenzie (1911).

Thomas's son-in-law Norman Campbell from 25 Upper Bayble was a Cottar on 14 Aird.
