28 Tolastadh bho Thuath

28 North Tolsta was lotted in 1851 and the first tenant was  Angus Maciver, 19 Old South Tolsta. Two of his children raised their families at 28 North Tolsta. Their eldest daughter, Margaret became a cottar at 28 North Tolsta and the croft passed to her brother, Donald in due course.

Donald passed 28 North Tolsta to his eldest son,  Donald. His youngest daughter, Murdina settled on a feued off section of 28 North Tolsta, which was re-named 28a North Tolsta.

Donald Maciver passed 28 North Tolsta to his youngest daughter, Joan.
