Cragro was initially part of 9 North Tolsta.

It was feued off and sold to Isabella Maciver and it was renamed Cragro at that point. In due course Isabella's daughter and son-in-law, Malcolm Gunn, inherited Cragro.

Malcolm Gunn and his wife purchased 55 North Tolsta and sold Cragro.

Cragro was purchase by a couple from Bath.
