Eilean Bhacasaigh
Vacasay is an uninhabited island near the island of Tahay in the Sound of Harris. It lies five miles north east of Lochmaddy. Cottars from Borve on Berneray used to gather peat from the island during the 19th century.
Vacasay should not be confused with Vacasay Island in East Loch Roag, Lewis.
