Margaret (1791-1876) was a daughter of John Macphail and Unknown Macdonald from Dalmore.
She married Malcolm Macphail, 19 Old Upper Carloway. Margaret and Malcolm lived at 19 Old Upper Carloway and they had nine children.
Margaret was widowed c1845 and in the 1850 re-lotting the widow obtained 34/35 Upper Carloway.
