106876: Sophie Macleod
Sophie (1928-2015) was a daughter of Roderick J. Macleod and Christina Morrison, 50 Balallan. She was a supply teacher at various Lewis schools before becoming a lady missionary and serving in Broadford, Isle of Skye.
In 1952 she married Rev. Norman Macsween of 26 Scalpay. Sophie and Norman lived at Scarista and they had three children.
Norman's last ministry was at Church of Scotland, Kinloch.
Sophie was widowed in 2008
