Margaret Macfarlane (1851-1929) was the daughter of Angus Macfarlane and Margaret Macleod, 1 Skigersta. She married John Morrison of 43 Habost and they lived at 1b Skigersta and later at 12 North Dell. They had six of a family. When Margaret’s grandmother Mary died, the croft was divided between Margaret’s mother, now a widow at 1a and Margaret’s husband John Morrison at 1b.
