107967: Angus Campbell

Aonghas Chailein Rhuairidh

Angus (1825-1857) was a son of Colin Campbell and Ann Macleod, 6 Buanish. 

The village was cleared in 1826 and  the family were moved  to 17 Tong

In 1852, he married Mary Mackenzie, from Harris. Angus  was widowed in the early 1850s and in 1857 he married Christina Macaulay, 15 Shulishader.

Angus died in 1857 aged 32 and his daughter Ann was born in 1858.
