Donald (1934-2015) was the son of John Maciver and Effie Macdonald of 5 North Tolsta.
Donald married Christina Ann Maciver, of 2 School Road, and the couple settled at 5 North Tolsta; they had three children: two girls and a boy.
Donald eventually passed 5 North Tolsta to his son-in-law; he retained a feued off a section which he continued to live on.
Donald was widowed in 2013.
