Kenneth Campbell (1839-1897) was a son of Roderick Campbell and Catherine Macdermid, 10 Tong.
In Stornoway, in 1867, he married Margaret Murray, 15 Aird Tong. Kenneth and Margaret settled at 10 Tong and they had ten children.
In 1881 the family are living at 15 Aird Tong, Margaret’s family croft.
Kenneth’s sister, Rachel was married to Margaret’s brother Angus.
