114115: Christina Macleod

Christina Macleod (died 1935) was from Leacklee in Harris.

Christina married Angus Martin, of Bayhead, Harris and they had four children there, Margaret, John, Betty and Kenneth before 1911, after which they moved to Applecross.

John moved to Greenock; he was a telephone linesman and married Margaret Kennedy Armour and they had seven children, including Jack who died when SS Empire Lakeland was sunk by Uboat U-190 on 8 March 1943 and George A (1931-1997) who married Elizabeth Egan in Greenock in 1955; they had at least one daughter.
